It's been a couple of decades that Debian has a mailcap system
written in Perl
(https://salsa.debian.org/debian/mailcap/-/blame/master/run-mailcap).
To broaden its user base in order to secure a longer future for this
venerable tool, I would like to distribute it as App::Mailcap.
