why:
I would like to upload a small package on cpan called Lapidary. The
package consists of a tool that aligns DNA sequence reads from fastq
files to protein sequences using the DIAMOND aligner. After aligning
to the protein sequences, it will generate coverage, sequence depth
and consensus sequence of the matching reads.
