Hi Alex,

The documentation being displayed by MetaCPAN is pulled out of the 
documentation in the latest release, including the AUTHOR and CONTACT sections 
you referred to. So to change it, someone needs to do a release.

It would be best if someone there could do a release, but if not, I could give 
myself permissions and do a release which removes the email address. I wouldn't 
be able to get to that for a couple of weeks though.
