why:
I will upload a Perl Class for expanding email aliases that are
maintained in a local YAML or JSON file rather than the system wide
MTA aliases file (such as /etc/mail/aliases). This is different than
the existing Mail::Alias module which assumes the use of the system
wide aliases file.
