I got an email confirming the distribution got indexed and if I sign into pause.perl.org, then click "Show my files", I can see that this new version exists and is indexed "Alien-fpm-0.03.tar.gz [indexed]".
However, when I view Alien::fpm on MetaCPAN, the new version is not present, just the old versions: https://metacpan.org/dist/Alien-fpm. When I try to install Alien::fpm with cpanminus, it installs the old version.
