Hi, I don't have a PAUSE account but I do maintain a number of packaged modules in a downstream Linux distribution.
In the www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/ hierarchy, distribution files could normally be found in two places: 1. In a <namespace>/<author> directory, e.g. https://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/Crypt/LEONT/Crypt-SysRandom-XS-0.009.tar.gz 2. Directly under the <namespace> directory, e.g. https://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/Crypt/Crypt-SysRandom-XS-0.009.tar.gz Since around late October last year, new uploads only seem to appear in the first of these places and not the second, e.g. releases 0.010 and 0.011 of Crypt-SysRandom-XS. Is this intentional, or an oversight? I ask because the 2nd location is useful as a source URL for packaging dists that have multiple different authors doing releases; only the version number changes on the file, rather than the path *and* the version number for the first location. Apologies if this is not the correct place for this sort of query. Regards, Paul.
