I am a member of the JSON Schema Technical Steering Committee and
maintain the Corvus.JsonSchema evaluation libraries

We are aiming to cover the whole of the TIOBE Top 20 languages with
a modern, high-performance, 100% compliant evaluation engine, and
Perl is amongst our target languages - both with a wrapper for a
C-based native backend targeting most common platforms, and with a
native Perl implementation (similar to our approach for Python).
We have almost completed our port and are ready to publish the
results.
