why:
I maintain a few small in-house Perl utilities and want to release
them on CPAN properly. First up is a flat-rate shipping and
subscription cost calculator module that I already use for client
pricing work, plus some smaller helpers I plan to keep maintained. I
would like a PAUSE ID so the distributions are indexed under a
consistent author name instead of ad-hoc uploads.
