We just ran into a major problem with webmail. I sent a support ticket in to Vircom, but I'm hoping somebody has seen this. When a customer uses the web based system and sends an e-mail, it sends fine, but it comes through with no reply to address. Even if I go in to options in the web based interface and specify a reply to address, it has the same behavior. Obviously, not good.
