I actually think this is a problem with the mail server that the message
is being received from.
The SMTP protocol does not require the sending of how large a message
is, but most servers currently do this. However the message size is not
accurate (it's estimated) and hence what Modus Mail is being told is the
message size is not actually the message size and hence it rejects it.
Try asking the client to request an additional file be added to the ZIP
altering the size slightly.

One of my users is having trouble receiving an email ZIP attachment.
