It is daemon mode. I don't have mod_php installed, and I have 10 processes running under the uid I configured the daemon to run as, which is not the same as the uid apache runs under.
And finally: mod_wsgi.process_group=XXXXXXXX.XXX What's funny is that LANG=, worked for mod_python, but HTTPD_LANG= is needed for mod_wsgi...
