Your lack of a direct question means you will have a hard time getting help.

Suggest you read pep 333 a couple of times to see how wsgi works.  It is
actually pretty simple, but I recall being confused at first also.

Keep reading and run the most simple app as outlined in the docs to test.
Learn first. Then add in your framework.  Then write code.
