import win32com works fine on command line python but fails httpd -> via mod_wsgi

[Fri Nov 22 10:03:20.670993 2013] [:error] [pid 9220:tid 1248] 1 *hangs* The application was tested standalong just fine but uses pyad which requires win32com This is running on Server2003 32 bit.
