Gerry, I believe FMT = Castrol FMT ( the Ford gearbox uses a very thin oil more like transmission fluid) <http://www.castrol.com/liveassets/bp..._list_2005.pdf> http://www.castrol.com/liveassets/bp..._list_2005.pdf I think it is 1.2 or 1.3 litres of oil in the gearbox but someone may correct me there?
