Ron, Always wear a vest arm band etc saying you are a judge.  That 
eliminates....was I judge, who judged my car etc and also gives a judge some 
respect . Judge the car as it stands on the field , not who owns it.  Take the 
same amount of time needed on each car, look for originality , details , 
cleanliness, leaks .  fire bottle if required, display , presentation. These 
things done the best cars usually come out on top. Hope this helps a bit.
