A number of Hopmoggers were at a classic car event near Ashford in Kent over the weekend. On the Sunday a chap turned up in a car which they'd only pulled out of a barn a couple of weeks back, got it started and drove it to the event. Talk about patina! He, too, parked it away from the main display for fear of spreading something nasty!
The chap said it was his intention to keep the car "as is" with rusty bodywork and bird-s**t all over the interior! Well, at least he can say it's original!
