Many thanks to Andy, Colin, and Gavin, managed to sort the pulley problem with 
file and washers, at least to get on to the next stop.

In Harrogate there are 3 motor factors  .   Andrew Page  in the centre of 
harrogate    SAS in Starbeck    & Plunkets on an industrial site on Skipton

Anyone with a TR engined +4 should be able to help. 
The other option would be to attempt a repair. Filing out the keyway and 
fitting an oversize key should give a temporary repair. That should be capable 
of keeping the fan belt in enough tension to keep the water pump running . 
Charge the battery up tonight so you are not reliant on the battery being 
charged en route.
