I met up with the Sherwood group on Wednesday, at The Hardwick Inn, near
Hardwick Hall. If you tram up the M1 near Chesterfield, you can see the Hall
over to the right, near J29.
Anyway, the food at this pub is particularly superb, really top notch
home-made pies, which might interest a few on the group. I had the Chicken
and Stilton. Washed down with a choice of some excellent ales, it is
definitely a pub to try out, and preferably get SatNag to drive home
afterwards..
Just thought I'd mention it.
