It is most likely a Morgan specific item and manufactured in house. (or at
least they used to be)

 

You can remove and get them re-cored at a modest cost. 

Try Googling 'car radiator repairers' in your area. Usually a 24 hr turn
around on a re-core. 

I had a +8  rad re-cored some time ago, but if the inlet or outlet pipes are
at an angle, take a photo of it and print it out with dimensions from edge
of rad, as I had three attempts for them to locate the pipes so that the
thing would go together. Perhaps not so critical in a +4, but in a +8 there
is very little space for the hoses etc.
