I have a 'reassuringly expensive' lawyer who does nothing for my sleep patterns. Indeed I feel like I have to buy everything as cheaply as possible so I can afford to pay him! Advice to all, don't ever get involved in a neighbour dispute even if you know you are right and they are taking the mick. Cheaper to move house. Happy days.
