You may know this, and not the same thing but there is another useful function
in Excel in  'paste special' to rotate a sheet, (columns and rows don't have to
match), it's called transpose - used when you want to flip a spreadsheet, i.e.
swap the column headers with the row labels and move the remainder of cells to
match accordingly.

1. Be careful to select all the cells you want to change
2. Right click and select copy from the menu displayed
3. Decide where you want your results to appear, different area of the same
sheet, but usually a fresh sheet
4. Select a cell which will become your new top left corner and right click it
5. This time select the transpose box from the menu, then OK and your modified
sheet will appear 'transposed'

Useful if you have been adding to a spreadsheet and suddenly realise you have
gazillions of columns and relatively few rows and want to print portrait in A4,
or display a spreadsheet in a report
