Likely not just as it is and not just as a filesystem file.

The problem is that wiki items are not just revisioned files.

A moin item revision is data plus metadata. You need to be able to
represent and edit both. And it needs to work for text files as well as
for binary files (images, audio, pdf, doc, ...).

If you have an idea how to solve that, just tell. :)
