If you use user_homewiki you have one wiki with all user home pages and
an interwiki link from every wiki of your farm.

I have added a navigation tab with a description of the farm wikis so
that one can easily navigate by that to every other wiki.
In my case I have the whole farm running with the same moin-coconuts
acount. I shared underlay and have that Mapping page in underlay.
