Hi,

that would imply that we should create signatures per module, which is 
quite complex.
However, there's no need for signatures anymore, since Java 9 introduced 
the release 
<https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-compiler-plugin/compile-mojo.html#release>
 flag, 
which is actually inspired by our signatures.
This will insure that your code is really <RELEASE> -compatible.
So I don't expect any new Java signatures.
