Yeah, never used it myself, but it's what is set up for
https://github.com/mojohaus/extra-enforcer-rules for instance. I suppose
it's fine to use it for Windows build.

(I've been willing for a long time to see to provide a global setup for all
plugins under mojohaus, but lacking the time)
