Consider the following HTML code:

<br />
something
<span class="title">big</span>
is
<br/>
happening
</p>
How should one get the "happening" part? The difficult part is that
"something" "is" and "happening" are not children (through ->children
method)
I'm parsing the result of '->to_string' manually, that looks pretty dumb
