mon-syslog

[Doug Rice]

Am interested in using mon-syslog from contrib/utils to monitor syslog.  Seems to be a 
nice design.  Was able to locate mon-syslog-0.60.  Anyone know if it is 
stable/reliable?  Is 0.60 the lastest version?
