Well, this is still not exactly what you want, but I can send it if you
wish. I think that I did not release it yet due to the sparse
documentation.

dir_file_age.monitor

# mon monitor to watch for "old" files in one or more directories

           "d" => \$opt_d,    # Debug/test flag
