That
looks like an error at the snmptrapd level.
Do you
have the appropiate MIBs copied into your share/snmp/mibs directory?
snmptrapd does not recognize every possible trap by default -- you have to have
the correct MIBs from Cisco, Microsoft, etc. in place.
Before
testing the mon script, first test snmptrapd to make sure that it is receiving
the traps correctly.

the man pages for snmptrapd for more information, and the documentation at the
Net-SNMP site.

I receive traps of Windows 2000 server, Linux,
Cisco routers, Cyclades routers, Cisco Switch and it´s the same
thing.
