Hello all! Some of our servers (about 80 at the moment) are sending traps (with trap.alert) to our MON server but although the respective trap service is configured with "traptimeout 8m" the server always reports "trap timeout" after it received no trap for 1 minute. The clients send a trap every 3 minutes (it really does, I checked it)!
It also seems impossible to set dependencies for a trap service. I set my trapservices to depend on "SELF:ping" but mon.cgi reports "depstatus 0" (but the host/service it depends on is OK). Any ideas?
