The mon mailing list isn't exactly the "right" place for your question, but there doesn't appear to be a qpage mailing list anywhere...
My first step in debugging this would be to run the server with debugging enabled (via '-d' on the command line)
However, my best guess is that your paging company is refusing the page. The message "Record not found for ID: 0000004052261485" looks like an error message from the remote server. You may need to contact your provider.
