Thats a slightly complicated case, but here's how to do it:
wd{2-6} hr{8} min{30-59}, wd{2-6} hr{9-16}, wd{2-6} hr{17} min{0-30}(You can of course use Mon-Fri instead of 2-6, but I generated that using my mon configuration generation system (NetSage, I've talked about it on the list before.), which just uses the numeric dates.)
