Just seeking some clarification... say you have a hostgroup with 10 hosts, and one by one the hosts in the group become unreachable to ping. Will mon send an alert for each host that goes down (so in the end you've received 10 alerts)?
My tests seem to indicate it sends alerts for each host down, every time a new host goes down. so: host1 goes down - 1 alert sent then host2 goes down - 2 alerts sent then host3 goes down - 3 alerts sent etc... so total alerts sent is 1+2+3...+10? is the latter correct?
