I all, Got Monast instaled and almost all working except queue agents status.
Agents are in the queue as Local/7016@agent_call so when the agent gers a call
tege agent_call context gets executed. At this point all is fine, the agent
shows Inline. The agent_call context calls for the agent to press 1 to accesp
the call. As soon as this happens, the agent turns "not in use" in monast.
I tried adding an event like this:
UserEvent(QueueMemberStatus,MemberName: Local/7016@agent_call,Status: 2)
But that did not help.
