Hello. Sorry for the long answer.
The first you need - make sure you have rights. In the file /etc/monast.conf
necessary that the user parameter roles has been spy.
The second point - for spying must specify the number to which the call and
make Asterisk "connect" to this line.

I have installed monast and it is running fine. But I am not able to spy the

I think, I am doing something wrong. When I am click on the spy option, in the
next pop-up window I put my extension number.
But I am not getting call. Do I need to dial any number to spy?
How will this work?
