Hi Stefan,

The site:
 http://dbappl.cs.utwente.nl/pftijah
contains all PF/Tijah specific documentation for MonetDB/XQuery and some
general guidelines on using and installing MonetDB/XQuery. I have
updated it following your and Tristan's suggestions.
