Solved by packaging
a) all C-MAPI tests from MonetDB/Clients in a (new) MonetDB-client-tests RPM
b) all Java-JDBC tests from MonetDB/Java in a (new) jdbctests.ar

Both packages are for (internal) testing usr only, and will not be
distributed as/in binary packages.
