since SF currently experiences (severe) problems with checkin mails,
I distribute the following info via this channel:

2008/09/25 - stmane: buildtools/conf/rules.mk,1.7
to avoid the necessity of using a single fixed name for [f]lex output files
(`flex -olex.yy.c`) --- and hence the name clash in case of parallel makes,
we now also handle the default output "lex.X.c" of `flex X.l` correctly.

also requires an update of the buildtools to the latest CVS version!
