thanks very much. ok, i think i can do my stuff with MONGOOSE_CGI, but 
would still like to ask, why you removed "-cgi_environment". it was very 
convenient when setting multiple environment variables, which isn't 
possible with MONGOOSE_CGI(?, at least not without parsing on my own).
