Yeah, unfortunately there is some overlap. For example the reload fixes 
include changes related to certs and chroot that I made on a previous 
pull request. I probably didn't need to drag in the no_clobber_xff stuff 
in this particular case, but since the changes were already dependent on 
several branches I didn't bother trying to make this perfect.

If you apply the requests in order then things should be fine. And if 
you're unsure about any of the interim requests, let's talk about it.
