This is OS dependant and i don't remember any of this in the configuration
grammar. It is an interesting think to monitor but you will need to do it
yourself using a check with a script.

Reading limit and ulimit to know the maximum and then warn if this number
reach a percentage of the maximum would be a nice improvement indeed !
