Hi Giacomo, Assuming you are using the latest version, please, make sure the logfile pointed by the option 'squid_log' is really the Squid log file.
The logfile should have lines like this: 1420942141.159 0 127.0.0.1 TCP_MISS/200 1663 GET cache_object://127.0.0.1/counters - NONE/- text/plain 1420942141.166 2 127.0.0.1 TCP_MISS/200 3104 GET cache_object://127.0.0.1/info - NONE/- text/plain [...] You could also provide the Squid version you have there in order to have the opportunity to discover if something has changed in recent Squid versions.
