Hi, my name is Mark Berger and I'm interested in possibly working on the Raspberry Pi project as part of GSoC. I have a good knowledge of both Python and C, but I have never used any cross-compiling toolchains before. I am only familiar with gcc, which is what I use for all my class assignments. Would this prevent me from being eligible to work on the project? Are there any useful resources that I could read to familiarize myself with these tools?
