Hi All,
this last Friday our students have completed successfully the mid-term
evaluation of the Google Summer of code program.
The program have two parts and each one is evaluated by the mentors team,
the evaluation results are based in the work done by the student in the
last weeks, this cover: coding, communication with the mentors team, weekly
updates, proactive level, etc. All coding related stuff is aligned to the
proposal and timings proposed by the student when they applied when the
program started.
They have done a good job on this first round!, so now we are moving
forward to the last and final round where they should finish their
projects, so as usual you will see the weekly updates and blog posts, as
well you can track their work in their Github repositories.
