Hi all,
This week I synchronised my branch with monkey upstream master. I
encountered an issue after the recent commits related to monkey
resource-freeing on exit, but I managed to fix it.
I prepared my code for review (I moved the bindings to ./lib/python
and added appropriate install instructions) and documented it (according to
PEP 257 docstring conventions).
I think the work could be cleanly merged into master, as it is
triggered by options from the configure script, but it will be better if
someone would play a bit with it (aside from me).

I want that the next blogpost related to the shared library project would
contain some conclusions, so I look forward to receive feedback first.
