Hi Jerry,

a year have passed and things have changed, that means that we now
have good reasons to move our build system from the
old-(dirty)-configure script to CMake.

I would like to thank you for share your branch as I use it as a
reference to create the desired CMake rules and options. I will share
more details about this change in a few minutes.

For now Monkey+CMake is available on GIT master (and when Monkey v1.6
be released).
