Gonzalo implicitly meant that you should
1) Upgrade to Mono 2.4 because your Mono is pretty old,
2) Use Mono's 2.4 support for precompiled[1] ASP.NET sites because
Mono's VB compiler is known to have issues with ASP.NET.
