Think I'm getting hit badly by this bug, it now occurs at least once a week since Google is heavily crawling our site and we have a very large number of URLs (several hundred thousand);
https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=5598 Exception thrown seems to be from WebConfiguration.GetSection() and is of the invalid cast variety. Any ideas how I can work round this in the meantime (until a fix is produced and released)? Also my site is an ASP.NET MVC site and the only web.config are at the root of the application and in the Views folder, is it really necessary to search for a web.config at *every* single request path?!? Could we maybe disable this behaviour for MVC apps by a specific config key or something (or is that a terrible idea)? :-) Cheers, James -- View this message in context: http://mono.1490590.n4.nabble.com/Requests-randomly-starting-returning-errors-tp4659651.html Sent from the Mono - ASP.NET mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Mono-aspnet-list mailing list [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-aspnet-list
