What would you think about a patch that sets this env var to String.Empty before calling GTK in SWF? I guess the only problem would be the apps that use GTK and SWF at the same time, can this be possible? If yes, maybe the way to go is to empty the var before gtk_init() and restore it again after that call. Thoughts? Who should be the one to review a patch to this part of the code?
