Including equality checking for the settings type results. The new tests include ConvertTo and ConvertFrom checking called on a set of test rows. Test cases 'D' & 'G' show that with extra commas Mono either crashes (odd number of decimal percentages => odd length of Split() array), or uses the wrong items for the wrong values -- using the fraction part of the floating-point value for the SizeType etc etc. They also show that MSFT (presumably with SP1) manages to read the whole floating point value even when using a comma as the decimal marker. Perhaps we just need not to crash...
